Be Bright Be Seen with kmfm (2022) terms and conditions.

Kent Residents (Kent County Council)

Anyone who enters (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

The entrant requesting 'Be Bright Be Seen' reflective keyrings must live in Kent and or represent a school/community group in the BR, CT, DA, or TN postcode areas.

Incomplete entries may not be counted.

kmfm may call an entrant to request more information about their application.

In the event that kmfm can not offer the number of reflective keyrings requested, they may offer a different amount, be that a higher or lower amount.

Where the reflective keyrings are distributed to will be undertaken by kmfm producers and their decision is final. 

The allocation of keyrings will be delivered to the entrants that are chosen at random from all entries when lines close. Lines close at Sunday 13th November 2022 at 23:59.

There is a total of 25,000 'Be Bright Be Seen' reflective keyrings to be allocated this year.

 

Medway Residents (Kent County Council)

Anyone who enters (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

The entrant will need to request a quantity of either high visibility jackets or keyrings requesting and must live in Medway and or represent a school/community group in the ME postcode areas.

Incomplete entries may not be counted.

kmfm may call an entrant to request more information about their application.

The reflective jackets/keyrings will be issued at random to entrants that submit an application before Sunday 13th November 2022 at 23:59.

There is a total of 1000 keyrings and 1000 high visability jackets to be allocated this year in Medway.
