Share The Love - Terms
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
The following rules are together with, and in addition to the kmfm competition terms and conditions which can be found here.
Competition Rules.
WHEN/HOW TO ENTER
You can enter ‘Share The Love’ from Monday 31st January 2022 at midnight until Sunday 6th February 2022 at 6pm.
During this time, you may enter your story via the online form found at www.kmfm.co.uk – no other form of entry will be deemed admissible.
You can submit no more than 3 stories per couple.
You must be aged 16 or over to enter and you consent to kmfm using, publishing, and airing your story and potentially image.
HOW THE COMPETITION WORKS
During the entry period, kmfm will be accepting entries from Kent residents via the online form. Only complete forms will be entered into the competition.
Once entries close (6pm 6th Feb 2022) 5 couples will be chosen as the ‘Final Couples’ by a kmfm representative and emailed to be informed.
A photo of each couple plus their story/an edited version of the story will be visible at kmfm.co.uk where audiences will then be asked to vote for their favourite couple.
Couple’s stories/edited versions will also be read out on kmfm to encourage listeners to vote.
Couples are invited to socially share the post to engage with their friends and families to vote.
The couple with the most votes will win a £500 cash prize delivered via BACS into a bank account in one or both couple’s name. This prize is non-transferable.
Members of the public that vote in the ‘Couple’s Poll’ will be entered into a prize draw to win a £50 M&S Voucher. This prize is non-transferable. Only 1 vote per couple can be made by an individual. You can vote for more than 1 couple but no more than 4 couples.
Votes close 6pm Sunday 13th Feb 2022.
In the unlikely event of a draw (meaning an equal amount of votes between 2 or more couples) a kmfm representative will have the final vote.
The winning couple will be featured on kmfm breakfast and must be available for a short conversation with Garry and Claire Monday 14th Feb pre-recorded between 0700 – 0800.
CAN I ENTER MORE THAN ONE STORY?
You can YES. We will only accept a maximum of 3 stories per couple and will take the first 3 entries as the 3 entered.
THE PRIZE MONEY
Couples
The "Share The Love" prize money is £500. You must have a bank account to win this competition. The cash prize will be paid into your account. This can take up to 28 days. Winners will be announced on Valentines Day on kmfm breakfast.
Voters
The "Share The Love" voters prize in 1x £50 M&S Voucher. This voucher will be sent either via post or electronically via email. The voucher is non-transferable or exchangeable. There is no cash alternative.
CAN I ENTER FROM ANYWHERE IN THE UK
As kmfm is "Kent's Radio Station," this competition is for Kent residents only. That is those in the BR, CT, DA, ME, or TN postcode areas.
CAN SOMEONE PLAY ON MY BEHALF
Unfortunately, not. You must enter this competition yourself with both parties agreeing to enter before submitting your story.
DO I NEED TO KNOW ANYTHING ELSE?
If you win may be asked to provide a picture/selfie of yourself for use on our social media platforms. This could also extend to our sister news website, Kentonline and or even your local KM newspaper
