Terms and Conditions – Be Bright Be Seen 2024 with Kent County Council
Eligibility:
This promotion is open to residents of Kent within the Kent County Council jurisdiction. Entrants must read, understand, and accept these Terms and Conditions, agreeing to be bound by them.
Geographic Limitations:
Entries for Be Bright Be Seen reflective disks must be submitted by or on behalf of a school or community group located within Kent County Council's area.
Incomplete Entries:
Incomplete entries may not be considered for participation in this promotion.
Verification and Contact:
kmfm reserves the right to contact entrants for additional information regarding their application. Failure to provide requested information may result in your request being revoked.
Quantity of Reflective Disks:
If kmfm is unable to fulfil the requested quantity of reflective disks, a different quantity may be offered, which could be higher or lower than initially requested.
Distribution Decision:
The decision regarding the distribution of reflective disks will be made by kmfm producers. All decisions on allocation are final.
Selection Process:
Reflective disks will be allocated at random to entrants selected from all submissions received before the entry deadline. The deadline for entries is Sunday, 20th October 2024, at 23:59.
Total Quantity:
A total of 25,000 'Be Bright Be Seen' reflective disks will be distributed through this promotion.
Cost:
There is no cost to register or receive the reflective disks.
Marketing and Media Consent:
By registering, entrants agree that kmfm or KM Media Group may contact them to request photos or feedback to showcase the impact of the campaign. Images may be shared on social media, the kmfm website, or through other marketing channels.
Data Privacy:
Personal data provided during the registration process will only be used for the purposes of administering this promotion and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Liability:
kmfm, Kent County Council, and KM Media Group accept no responsibility for lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete entries due to technical or other reasons beyond their control.
Agreement to Terms:
By participating in the "Be Bright Be Seen" campaign, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and accept kmfm’s decisions regarding the distribution of reflective disks as final.
