The BRIT Awards 2019 terms and conditions
Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Condition and will be bound by them
The following rules are together with, and in addition to the kmfm competition terms and conditions which can be found here
To enter the Competition an Entrant must text the name of the BRIT Award artist/group from the music clip played on air by the presenter/s.
Entrants must text 'kmfm' the name of the artist/group plus their full name and postcode to 87474.
Entrants will have an allotted amount of time to text, as announced by the presenter.
Texts charged at standard network rate.
Incomplete texts will not be entered.
Entrants must be aged 18 or over to enter.
A random text will be chosen from the correct entries and called back.
If during the call the entrant does not answer when spoken to for whatever reason, including technical issues from the entrants phone, that call may be ended and another caller will be chosen at random.
If the caller is driving at the time of their call and can not pull over for whatever reason, another caller may be chosen at random.
A call will be recorded and played out on air.
The randomly chosen entrant will be required to talk to the on air presenter.
This competition runs on kmfm Drivetime (4-7pm) from 4th-8th February 2019, and kmfm Breakfast (6am-10am) 11th-15th February 2019.
1x pair (2) of BRIT Award tickets for The o2 Arena, London on Wednesday 20th February 2019.
1x £200 (prize money is paid into the winner's account AFTER the BRITs Event).
There is no cash alternative.
Travel and accommodation is not included.
No one under the age of 13 will be admitted to the Event. People between the ages of 13 and 17 years will only be admitted to the Event with an accompanying adult. For the purposes of the Conditions, an adult is a person aged 18 years and over.
