Cash Out competition terms and conditions

Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them

The following rules are together with and in addition to the kmfm competition terms and conditions which can be found here.

Competition Rules.

To enter the Competition an Entrant must call 01227 786106 when requested to by the on-air presenter. 

Entrants must be aged 16 or over.

One line will be chosen at random during each competition round. 

The randomly chosen entrant will be required to talk to the on-air presenter/s.

A call will be recorded and played out on air.

If during the call the entrant does not answer when spoken to for whatever reason, including technical issues from the entrant's phone, that call may be ended and another caller will be chosen at random. 

If the caller is driving at the time of their call and cannot pull over for whatever reason, another caller may be chosen at random. 

Competition rounds are weekdays during the hours of 9am, 11am, 12pm, 2pm, 5pm and 6pm. Competition rounds will then play out at xx:30 on each of those hours.

The entrant will be asked for their "Cash Out" amount, which is between £100 and £5,000. The entrant must say the amount they think is the jackpot in pounds and pence. Eg, "£1,234,56." The entrant will then be told if their guess is higher or lower than the 'Cash Out' jackpot amount.

This competition starts from 4th January 2023, weekdays and will run until the jackpot amount is guessed correctly.

kmfm reserves the right to give out guesses during the competition period.

Prize:

The 'Cash Out' jackpot amount (undisclosed)

Prize money will be paid into the winner's bank account.

The prize money cannot be paid into another person's bank account.

Payments can take up to 28 days.
