Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Condition and will be bound by them

Competition Rules
To enter the Competition an Entrant must text the word ‘Cash’ the answer, A B C or D plus their full name and postcode to 87474 between 00:05-17:50 on Friday 28th February 2020.
Texts sent before or after this time will not be included but may still be charged.
Texts are charged at £2.00 plus your standard network rate.
Once entrants have sent the first text they will receive an auto-response confirming the entry. Entrants will then have the chance to enter again (texting 'CASH' plus their full name and postcode to 87474) at an additional cost of £2.00 plus standard network rate. Entrants will receive 2 entries - with the ‘3rd’ entry being free.
Incomplete texts may not be entered.
Entrants must be aged 16 or over to enter.
Entrants must be a resident in Kent and live in the BR, CT, DA, ME, or TN postcode areas.
kmfm limits the amount of entries to this competition to a maximum of 20 entries per person and advises against excessive use. Any entries submitted over that amount could be charged and not counted and removed from the call back list.
After entries close at 17:50 on the day of the competition, one entry will be chosen at random and phoned.
If the chosen entrant does not answer their phone or the call goes to answer phone for whatever reason, including any faults before/during the call and it's not possible to re-establish the call, another entrant will be chosen at random.
A call will be recorded and played out on air.
The randomly chosen entrant will be required to have a conversation with the on air presenter.
This competition runs on Friday 28th February 2020 between 00:05-17:50.
Prize:
£1,000 cash. The prize money will be delivered to the winner by 7pm (traffic depending) on the same night they win.
The winner will need to provide photo ID and proof of address.
