Battle of Britain Airshow competition terms and conditions
Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them

Competition Rules.
To enter the Competition an Entrant must text the answer to the multiple choice question as asked on air by the presenters. Entrants must text the word ‘Show’ the answer A or B plus their name and postcode to 60099 when requested to by the on air presenter.
Texts are charged at your standard network rate.
Entrants will have an allotted time to text, as announced by the on air presenter.
Texts after this time will not be included but may still be charged.
Incomplete texts may not be entered.
Bulk entries from the same telephone number, whether these are sent via the entrant, automated, or assisted by machine are prohibited. kmfm will at its discretion disqualify any entries which in reasonable opinion appear to have entered this way or used any of these methods to enter the competition.
If bulk entries of 5 or more have been made from the same entrant using more than one telephone number, kmfm will at our discretion, and acting reasonably, disqualify these entries.
A random text will be chosen from the correct entries and called back.
If the chosen entrant does not answer their phone for whatever reason, including (but not limited to) going to voicemail or screening services, another entrant will be chosen.
If during the call the entrant does not answer when spoken to for whatever reason, including technical issues from the entrants phone, including (but not limited to) signal issues, the call is inaudible or is disconnected, that call may be ended and another caller will be chosen at random.
If the caller is driving at the time of their call and can not for whatever reason, (including but not limited to) pull over safely and/or lawfuly to take a phone call, another caller may be chosen at random.
A call will be recorded and played out on air.
The randomly chosen entrant will be required to talk to the on air presenter/s.
This competition runs on Saturday 25th (11am-5pm) and Sunday 26th July 2026 (9am-3pm).
There will be one question on the Saturday and another on the Sunday.
Prize:
The prize is one family weekend tickets to the Aero Legends Battle of Britain Air Show.
The event is held on Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 August 2026 at RAF Woodchurch, Little Engeham Farm, Ashford, Kent TN26 3QY.
Each family ticket admits two adults and two children, and grants access on both the Saturday and the Sunday.
To claim the prize, the winner must email events@aerolegends.co.uk with their full name, postal address, email address and telephone number. These details are required solely to arrange and issue the tickets, and will be used only for that purpose.
Personal data collected will be processed in accordance with [data protection / UK GDPR] and used only to fulfil the prize. It will not be used for marketing purposes without separate consent.
In the event that no flying takes place across the weekend (for example, due to weather or other circumstances beyond the organiser's control), the tickets will be transferred to the equivalent event the following year free of charge.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and there is no cash alternative. The tickets must not be resold or used for any commercial purpose.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the event.
The prize covers entry only. Travel, parking, accommodation, food and drink, and any other costs are the responsibility of the winner.
The event is subject to change. Aircraft and flying displays are dependent on weather, serviceability and the necessary permissions, and no specific aircraft or display is guaranteed.
