Terms and conditions - Be Bright Be Seen 2023 with Medway Council

Eligibility: This promotion is open to residents of Medway within the Medway Council jurisdiction. Entrants must have read, understood, and accepted these Rules and Terms and Conditions. Entrants must also agree to be bound by them.

Geographic Limitations: The entrants requesting 'Be Bright Be Seen' reflective disks must be from a school/community group located in Medway or represent a school or community group located within Medway Council.

Incomplete Entries: Incomplete entries may not be considered for participation in the promotion.

Verification and Contact: kmfm reserves the right to contact entrants for additional information regarding their application. Failure to provide requested information may result in disqualification.

Quantity of Reflective Disks/High Visibility Vests: In the event that kmfm is unable to fulfil the requested quantity of reflective disks/vests, kmfm may offer a different quantity, which can be either higher or lower.

Distribution Decision: The decision on the distribution of reflective disks/vests will be the responsibility of kmfm producers. Their decision regarding allocation and location is final.

Selection Process: Reflective disks and vests will be allocated to entrants selected at random from all entries when the entry lines close. The entry lines will close on Sunday, November 12, 2023, at 23:59.

Total Quantity: A total of 3,000 'Be Bright Be Seen' reflective disks will be allocated in this year's promotion alongside 1,000 High Visibility Vests provided by Specsavers Medway.

Total Quantity: There is no cost to register or receive the disks or vests.

Marketing: You may be contacted by kmfm or KM Media Group and asked for any pictures you may be able to share to show the impact of this campaign. By registering you understand this.
By participating in the "Be Bright Be Seen" campaign, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions made by kmfm in connection with the distribution of reflective disks.
