Be Bright Be Seen 2026

At kmfm, we’re proud to once again bring our Be Bright Be Seen campaign to Kent and Medway - helping children stay safer and more visible on their journeys during the darker months.

As autumn arrives, the days get shorter and it becomes harder for drivers to see pedestrians and cyclists, especially children wearing dark school uniforms and coats.

That’s where Be Bright Be Seen comes in.

Together with Kent County Council, Medway Council, and Specsavers Medway, we’re giving schools, clubs and youth groups the chance to receive free reflective keyrings to help children stand out in the dark.

Simply attach a reflective keyring to a school bag, coat or uniform and it can help children become much easier for drivers to spot when headlights are on.

Last year, kmfm delivered more than 33,500 free reflective items to schools, clubs and youth groups across Kent and Medway.

This year, we want to reach even more children and help make our roads safer.
