Best Summer Ever competition terms and conditions

Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Condition and will be bound by them

The following rules are together with and in addition to the kmfm competition terms and conditions which can be found here

Competition Rules

To enter the Competition an Entrant must call 01227 786106 when the on air presenter asks and in the time frame stated. (Calls charged at standard network rate). Phone lines will be closed shortly before he competition round and the presenter will announce when they are open.

Entrants must be aged 16 years or over and a resident in Kent and live in the BR, CT, DA, ME, or TN postcode areas.

Competition rounds are set up during the following hours, Monday to Friday from 2nd August 2021: 11am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm.

One entrant per competition round will be chosen at random. Entrants can call again when the next round is set up and presenter's ask for entries. Your phone call will be charged as a local call. 

If during the call the entrant does not answer when spoken to for whatever reason, including technical issues from the entrants' phone, that call may be ended and another caller will be chosen at random. 

If the caller is driving at the time of their call and can not pull over for whatever reason, another caller may be chosen at random.

The entrant will be required to talk to the on air presenter and play the game. The entrant will be asked to choose 3 numbers between 1-80. If the 3 words when played together in the correct order say, "Best" "Summer" "Ever" they will win the prize.

The competition is won once the 3 words from their corresponding numbers are guessed correctly and in the correct order. "Best" "Ever" "Summer" would not be correct.

A phone and video call will be recorded between the entrant and the on air presenter.

kmfm may at its discretion give out clue/s on air during the competition.

This competition starts from 2nd August 2021.

1x £2,021 cash

Prize money is paid via bank transfer within 28 days. 

The prize money will only be paid into the winner's bank account.
