Came Here For Love competition terms and conditions

Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them

The following rules are together with, and in addition to the kmfm competition terms and conditions which can be found here.

Competition Rules.

To enter the Competition an Entrant must text ‘Love’ plus their full name and postcode to 60099 between Monday 30th January and Friday 10th February 07:25am.

Texts after this time will not be included but may still be charged.

Texts are charged at your standard network rate.

Incomplete texts may not be entered.

Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

Incomplete texts may not be entered.

A random text will be chosen each morning during the competition week (6th-10th February) from the correct entries and called back. 

Entrants who find their text message does not send or may not receive an auto-response confirming their entry should contact their mobile phone network. Possible reasons for texts not sending or not receiving a confirmation can be - lack of funds, a block on premium rate, a cap on text allowance or an issue with the mobile network. If the chosen entrant does not answer their phone with the correct daily Valentine's phrase, or for whatever reason another entrant will be chosen. 

If during the call the entrant does not answer when spoken to for whatever reason, including technical issues from the entrants phone, that call may be ended and another caller will be chosen at random. 

If the caller is driving at the time of their call and can not pull over for whatever reason, another caller may be chosen at random. 

A call will be recorded and played out on air. Calls may be broadcast again later in the day, during different shows and used for on air and online promotional material (eg kmfm.co.uk and kentonline.co.uk).

The randomly chosen entrant will be required to talk to the on air presenter/s.

To win, the entrant must correctly say the days Valentine's phrase. For the avoidance of doubt, the phrase must be the first thing that the entrant says. The presenter/s and or prodcuer's decision is final and in the event of a dispute, kmfm will not be obliged to enter into any correspondence.

Winner's must have their own bank account for the prize money to be paid.

This competition runs on kmfm Breakfast (6am-10am) between 6th-10th February.

The prize money will be paid via BACS to the winner's account only.

Payments can take up to 28 days. 

There is £1,000 to be won in total.
