Canterbury Christmas Lights 2022

The countdown to Christmas starts in Canterbury this Saturday 12th November with Garry and Chelsea.

First off from 6pm is a festive parade that will make its way from Westgate Towers, through the city centre, with Father Christmas and the cast of this year’s Marlowe Pantomime, Sleeping Beauty. 

Then kmfm Breakfast’s Garry and Chelsea will be ready in Rose Square above Primark to start the countdown to Christmas just before 7pm.

Canterbury Christmas lights switch-on with Canterbury Business Improvement District, sponsored by Miles and Barr.

There will be a Park & Ride service running on Saturday.
Please note, although the website is showing a price, the service is free for the Christmas lights switch-on.
