Christmas Crossings with P&O Ferries competition terms and conditions

Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Condition and will be bound by them.

The following rules are together with, and in addition to the kmfm competition terms and conditions which can be found here. 

Competition Rules.

To enter the Competition an Entrant must text ‘kmfm’ plus their full name to 60099 when requested to by the on air presenter. 

Texts are charged at your standard network rate.

Entrants will have an allotted time to text, as announced by the on air presenter.

Texts after this time will not be included but may still be charged.

Incomplete texts may not be entered.

Entrants must be 18 or over.

A random text will be chosen from the correct entries and called back. 

The daily entrant will be asked 2 Christmas, French or onboard related questions. If the entrants answer the questions correctly they will win:

Question 1: A P&O Ferries short break crossing to Calais with club lounge upgrade. 
Question 2: £400 spending money. 

If the entrant does not answer any of the questions correctly, the on air presenter/s may offer a clue at their discretion. Any questions not answered correctly will mean that the entrant will not win the prize associated with that question. 

If the chosen entrant does not answer their phone for whatever reason another entrant will be chosen. 

If during the call the entrant does not answer when spoken to for whatever reason, including technical issues from the entrants phone, that call may be ended and another caller will be chosen at random. 

If the caller is driving at the time of their call and can not pull over for whatever reason, another caller may be chosen at random. 

Entrants must have a valid passport.

A call will be recorded and played out on air.

The randomly chosen entrant will be required to talk to the on air presenter/s.

This competition runs on kmfm Breakfast from 15th-19th November 2021. 

Prize: 

Should all questions be answered correctly, the full prizes are:

Question 1: A P&O Ferries short break return car crossing for two people to Calais with club lounge upgrade. 
Question 2: £400 spending money. 

Winners are responsible for booking their own accommodation.

Crossings subject to availability.

Winners must hold a valid passport.

Upgrades are subject to availability at time of travel, therefore winners will need to ensure that they travel on dates that all services are available.

There is no cash alternative.

Please note, in line with government advice, passengers should continue to wear a face covering when travelling on public transport, including ferries.
