Crack The Safe competition terms and conditions

Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Condition and will be bound by them

The following rules are together with, and in addition to the kmfm competition terms and conditions which can be found here 

Competition Rules

To enter the Competition an Entrant must text ‘win’ plus their full name and postcode to 60099 when requested to by the on air presenter. 

Texts are charged at your standard network rate.

Entrants will have an allotted time to text, as announced by the on air presenter.

Texts after this time will not be included but may still be charged.

Incomplete texts may not be entered.

Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

A random text will be chosen from the correct entries and called back to play the competition. They will be asked for a 4-digit code between 0 and 9. If the code matches kmfm's 'safe' code then they win the cash amount as announced on air by the presenter.

If the entrant guesses incorrectly the money will remain until it is guessed correctly.

Once a code has been correctly guessed, there will be another 4-digit code and another cash prize amount announced, until the end of the competition. 

kmfm reserves the right to give clues whether than is on air, online and on social media during the competition.

If the chosen entrant does not answer their phone for whatever reason another entrant will be chosen. 

If during the call the entrant does not answer when spoken to for whatever reason, including technical issues from the entrants phone, that call may be ended and another caller will be chosen at random. 

If the caller is driving at the time of their call and can not pull over for whatever reason, another caller may be chosen at random. 

A call will be recorded and played out on air.

The randomly chosen entrant will be required to talk to the on air presenter/s and play the competition.

Entrants will be required to enter every time there is a competition round. For example if you enter for the first competition round you will be required to enter again for the next round to stand a chance of being chosen at random to play the competition.

This competition starts from 4th April 2022. The competiton will finish by 14th April or before this date if the share of £1,000 has been given away. 

Prize:

The cash amount as revealed on air.

Prize money is paid via BACS and can take up to 28 days.
