Diggerland & ORIDA Hotel Maidstone competition terms and conditions

Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them

Competition Rules.

To enter the Competition an Entrant must answer the question correctly and enter all required details. 

Incomplete entries may not be counted.

Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

Entrants must be a resident in Kent and live in the BR, CT, DA, ME, or TN postcode areas.

Winners will be selected at random from correct entries and contacted. 

This competition starts on 20th July and closes at 23:00 on 9th August 2026.

Prize.

Entry for 4 people to Diggerland (worth £158)
One-night stay, including dinner and breakfast at ORIDA Hotel Maidstone (worth £189)
Diggerland Family Ticket and ORIDA Hotel Stay valid until 30th April 2027  

Prize terms.

The gift cannot be exchanged for money, food, gift shop credit or anything other.

Diggerland accepts no responsibility for the prize provided by the partnered company, in this case ORIDA Hotels Maidstone.

The winner's details will remain private and will not be shared with any third party (except ORIDA Hotels Maidstone) unless explicit permission is given.

Winner's details including name, email address, phone number and postal address will be shared with Diggerland and where applicable the partner prize company for the prize(s) to be posted directly to the winner. 

Winning Diggerland ticket will be valid for 4 people only. 

ORIDA Hotels Maidstone will book the one night stay directly with the winner.

Hotel stay exclusions include the following period: 20th December 2026 – 4th January 2027.

Winning Diggerland ticket and ORIDA hotel stay will expire on 30th April 2027 and cannot be extended under any circumstances. 

Should the winner fail to claim their prize(s) within seven working days, another winner will be chosen at random.
