Fox Wardrobes competition terms and conditions
Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them
The following rules are together with, and in addition to the kmfm competition terms and conditions which can be found here.
Competition Rules.
To enter the Competition an Entrant must text the word ‘fox’ the name of the celebrity plus their full name and postcode to 60099 when requested to by the on air presenter.
Texts are charged at your standard network rate.
Entrants will have an allotted time to text, as announced by the on air presenter.
Texts after this time will not be included but may still be charged.
Incomplete texts may not be entered.
Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
A random entrant with the correct answer will be chosen from the correct entries and called back.
If the chosen entrant does not answer their phone for whatever reason another entrant will be chosen.
If during the call the entrant does not answer when spoken to for whatever reason, including technical issues from the entrants phone, that call may be ended and another caller will be chosen at random.
If the caller is driving at the time of their call and can not pull over for whatever reason, another caller may be chosen at random.
A call will be recorded and played out on air.
The presenters will describe a celebrity wardrobe from a number of clues and the entrant must reveal the correct answer.
The randomly chosen entrant will be required to talk to the on air presenter/s
A daily winner with the correct answer will win £50 and will be in the draw on kmfm Breakfast on Friday 22nd September to win the overall prize of £2,500 Fox Wardrobes.
After the final winner on Friday 22nd September, one finalist will be chosen at random and called. They will be contacted via a phone call. If they can not be reached after 2 attempts, another finalist will be chosen at random.
This competition runs on kmfm Breakfast from Monday 18th - Friday 22nd September 2023.
Prize:
1x daily prize of £50 (5x winners in total).
1x overall prize of a £2,500 Fox Wardrobes voucher. The winner will be emailed this with a contact number for Fox Wardrobes.
The voucher can be redeemed for the cost of £2,500 or put towards a larger order amount. The winner is responsible for any additonal costs and expenses to their purchase/s.
The winner is responsible for contacting Fox Wardrobes to make an appointment.
Any terms and conditions from the purchase is between the winner and Fox Wardrobes and not kmfm.
The prize money will be paid via BACS to the winner's account only.
Payments can take up to 28 days.
