High Street Heroes with Wards (Terms and Conditions)

Terms and Conditions

Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Condition and will be bound by them

The following rules are together with, and in addition to the kmfm competition terms and conditions which can be found here

Competition Rules (Nomination)

To enter the Competition an Entrant must nominate a local business/local organisation/local person in Kent in one or more of the 8 categories listed at kmfm.co.uk. The Entrant must complete the form explaining why that business/organisation/person deserves to be recognised.

The nomination can be made by an Entrant between 1st March 2021 and 31st March 2021. Nominations will close at 23:59.

One Entrant will be picked at random at the end of the Competition and contacted via phone/email to be told they have won.

This does not guarantee that the business/organisation/person the Entrant had nominated will also win.

This is a prize draw.

Prizes:

1x £50 voucher to spend with a local business in Kent.
There is no alternative to the prize.

Competition Rules (Nominee)

Once kmfm has received the nominations across the 8 categories and entries are closed; this information will be securely passed to Wards representatives who will then read through each nomination.

Winners from each category will be contacted and sent an engraved trophy, a digital winner’s pack to share their celebrations on their website and social media. Each winner will also be featured on kmfm, KentOnline and in KM Newspapers.

All nominees/runners up will receive a window sticker and a digital nominee’s pack.

If the nominee does not wish to be featured we reserve the right to re-issue the award.
