Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Condition and will be bound by them

The following rules are together with, and in addition to the kmfm competition terms and conditions which can be found here 

Competition Rules

To enter the Competition an Entrant must call the studio on 01227 786 106 (calls charged at standard network rate) and answer an entertainment related question, when invited by the on air presenter.

A random phone line will be chosen.

Entrants must be aged 16 or over.

If the chosen entrant does not answer their phone for whatever reason another entrant will be chosen.

If during the call the entrant does not answer when spoken to for whatever reason, including technical issues from the entrants phone, that call may be ended and another caller will be chosen at random. 

If the caller is driving at the time of their call and can not pull over for whatever reason, another caller may be chosen at random. 

A call will be recorded and played out on air.

The randomly chosen entrant will be required to talk to the presenter and answer the question. Should the entrant answer the question incorrectly, another entrant at random will be chosen until there is a correct answer.

If the entrant answer the question correctly they will be in the draw on Sunday 15th March 2020 after 2pm.

After the last competition round on Sunday 15th March in the 1pm hour, one entrant in the draw will be chosen and a pre-recorded call made after 2pm. To win the prize that entrant must answer their phone. If that chosen entrant does not answer their phone for whatever reason another entrant will be chosen and so forth until an entrant answers.

This competition runs on Saturday 14th March between 8am-4pm and Sunday 15th March between 8am-2pm.

Prizes may vary to those shown on the website.

Prizes can take up to 28 days to be delivered.

Should the winner live near to the kmfm studios, they may be asked to collect their prizes.

There is no cash alternative.

kmfm is not responsible for any breakages to the prizes once they are in the possession of the winner.
