kmfm In... Broadstairs competition terms and conditions
Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
The following rules are together with, and in addition to the kmfm competition terms and conditions which can be found here.
Competition Rules.
To enter the Competition an Entrant must text 'Broadstairs' and the answer to the question that will be read out by kmfm presenters. It will be multiple choice, A or B plus their full name and postcode to 60099.
Texts are charged at your standard network rate.
The question will be read out at various times on Saturday 12th August between 8am and 6pm, and another question on Sunday 13th August between 8am and 3pm.
Entrants will have until 6pm on Saturday 12th August to enter, and 3pm on Sunday 13th August to enter. This will be announced by the on air presenters.
Texts after this time will not be included but may still be charged.
Incomplete texts may not be entered.
A random text will be chosen from the correct entries and called back after 6pm on Saturday and 3pm on Sunday. Should the random entrant not answer, another entrant will be chosen at random, and so forth until an entrant answers. They will be the winner.
If during the call the entrant does not answer when spoken to for whatever reason, including technical issues
from the entrants phone, that call may be ended and another caller will be chosen at random.
If the caller is driving at the time of their call and can not pull over for whatever reason, another caller may be chosen at random.
A call will be recorded and played out on air.
The randomly chosen entrant will be required to talk to the on air presenter/s and answer the question.
This competition runs on Saturday 12th August between 8am and 6pm, and on Sunday 13th August between 8:00am and 3pm.
Prize:
Westwood Cross Shopping Centre: M&S gift cards - £50 total.
2x Costa Coffee gift cards - £20 total.
2x Next gift cards - £30 total.
Gift vouchers total £100.
1x The Yarrow Hotel Broadstairs voucher, valued at £150 for a meal for 4 people.
The voucher can only be redeemed for dining and not an overnight stay.
Drink can be purchased with the voucher but anything exceeding £150 on the final bill will need to be paid by the winners.
The voucher is valid for a year from the date of winning.
Reservations are subject to availability and will not be redeemable during December.

1x The Heist escape room game at The Counting House Bar, Broadstairs, 42 High St, CT10 1JT.
The game is for a minimum of 2 maximum of 5 people.
The game is for ages 10 plus.
Participants under 18 are not permitted to play the final two time slots of 6.45pm & 8.30pm due to the location being in a bar.
Winners will receive a winner's letter email from kmfm
Winners are responsible for making bookings for any prizes directly with the venues and ensuring that the prizes are taken by any 'claim by' dates. kmfm is not responsible for any dates that may be missed.
Winners are responsible for checking any 'redeem by' dates on the prize gift cards.
There is no cash alternative.
