kmfm In...Canterbury competition terms and conditions

Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

The following rules are together with, and in addition to the kmfm competition terms and conditions which can be found here.

Competition Rules.

To enter the Competition an Entrant must text the answer to the question as read out by kmfm presenters. Entrants must text ‘kmfm’ the answer, A or B plus their full name to 60099.

Texts are charged at your standard network rate.

The question will be read out at various times on Saturday 4th March between 9am and 6pm, and another question on Sunday 5th March between 9am and 3pm.

Entrants will have until 6pm on Saturday 4th March to enter, and 3pm on Sunday 5th March to enter. This will be announced by the on air presenters.

Texts after this time will not be included but may still be charged.

Incomplete texts may not be entered.

A random text will be chosen from the correct entries and called back after 6pm on Saturday and 3pm on Sunday. Should the random entrant not answer, another entrant will be chosen at random, and so forth until an entrant answers. They will be the winner. 

If during the call the entrant does not answer when spoken to for whatever reason, including technical issues
from the entrants phone, that call may be ended and another caller will be chosen at random. 

If the caller is driving at the time of their call and can not pull over for whatever reason, another caller may be chosen at random. 

A call will be recorded and played out on air.

The randomly chosen entrant will be required to talk to the on air presenter/s and answer the question.

This competition runs on Saturday 4th March between 8:00am and 6pm, and on Sunday 5th March between 8:00am and 3pm.

Prize:  

(1) Family tickets for "Mischief at The Museum Trail" taking place at the Beaney until Sunday 19 April, and a family ticket (2 adults and 2 children) to the Roman Museum. 

Winners will be contacted via email by the Beaney for "Mischief at The Museum Trail" tickets. Winners will be required to collect the family tickets for the Roman Museum at the Beaney main desk. This will be explained on the same email.
 

(2) Family visitor entrance (for up to 2 adults and 3 children) to Canterbury Cathedral and £70 voucher to spend in the Cathedral shop.

The prize voucher can only be redeemed in person at the Cathedral’s Shop within the Precincts. It cannot be used online, or redeemed elsewhere in the Cathedral (including but not limited to: visitor admissions; guided tours and other visitor add-ons; the South West Transept Shop; the refreshments kiosk; Canterbury Cathedral Lodge).

The prize voucher must be used in one go; no credit or change will be given.

The Cathedral shop cannot offer exchanges on items purchased with a voucher.

The prize voucher is valid for 6 months only from the date of issue. It cannot be redeemed beyond this date.
 

(3) 1x £100 voucher to spend on a family dinner at Broome Park Hotel. The meal can be take Monday to Thursday or Sunday, from 5pm- 8pm. The prize is for two adults and two children. The dinner will include a 3 course dinner for the adults with a glass of House wine (Red or White), and 3 courses for the children with a glass juice (orange or apple) with their meal.

The prize is only for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. Larger family sizes will incur additional charges for dinner.

Winners must book their table with the Broone Park Hotel Sales team on 01227 831701, opt 3 and must give any dietary requirements beforehand, along with name, email, and telephone number.

Once booked in, if winners are no longer able to attend, they must give the hotel 12 hours notice. Failure to not show when originally booked will make the voucher redundant, (unless due to certain circumstances).

This prize must be used by 5th June 2023 and can not be extended.
 

Winners will receive a winner's letter email from kmfm.

Winners are responsible for making bookings for any prizes directly with the venues and ensuring that the prizes are taken by any 'claim by' dates. kmfm is not responsible for any dates that may be missed.

There is no cash alternative.
