kmfm In...Maidstone competition terms and conditions
Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
The following rules are together with, and in addition to the kmfm competition terms and conditions which can be found here.
Competition Rules.
To enter the Competition an Entrant must text the answer to the question as read out by kmfm presenters. Entrants must text ‘kmfm’ the answer, A or B plus their full name to 60099.
Texts are charged at your standard network rate.
Entrants must be aged 21 or over.
The question will be read out at various times on Saturday 13th May between 9am and 6pm, and another question on Sunday 14th May between 9am and 3pm.
Entrants will have until 6pm on Saturday 13th May to enter, and 3pm on Sunday 14th May to enter. This will be announced by the on air presenters.
Texts after this time will not be included but may still be charged.
Incomplete texts may not be entered.
A random text will be chosen from the correct entries and called back after 6pm on Saturday and 3pm on Sunday. Should the random entrant not answer, another entrant will be chosen at random, and so forth until an entrant answers. They will be the winner.
If during the call the entrant does not answer when spoken to for whatever reason, including technical issues
from the entrants phone, that call may be ended and another caller will be chosen at random.
If the caller is driving at the time of their call and can not pull over for whatever reason, another caller may be chosen at random.
A call will be recorded and played out on air.
The randomly chosen entrant will be required to talk to the on air presenter/s and answer the question.
This competition runs on Saturday 13th May between 8:00am and 6pm, and on Sunday 14th May between 8:00am and 3pm.
Prize:
(1) £100 Love2Shop gift card to spend on a shopping trip, from One Maidstone
The gift card can be spent in-store at over 90 retailers. A full list of them and restrictions that may apply can be found at love2shop.co.uk.
Winners should make themselves aware of the expiry date printed on the back of the gift card.
(2) 2 hours of Self-Drive hire boats for up to 6 people, with Kentish Lady, Maidstone
The prize is:
i. A 2 hour Hire
ii. Must be pre-booked
iii. Max 6 people
iv. Driver must be over 21
v. All bookings subject to river conditions and the prize must be pre-booked
vi. April - September only (seasonal)
vii. Weight restrictions apply
(3) A family meal at Lewis's Fish & Grill, Maidstone.
The winner will be emailed a winner's letter, which they must show when claiming their meal. A family meal is valued at £50. The meal is collection only from Lewis Fish & Grill, 6 Loose Rd, Maidstone ME15 7TZ.
The prize must be claimed within 6 months, by 14th November 2023.
Winners are responsible for making bookings for any prizes directly with the venues and ensuring that the prizes are taken by any 'claim by' dates. kmfm is not responsible for any dates that may be missed.
There is no cash alternative.
