kmfm Pays Your Bills competition terms and conditions

Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Condition and will be bound by them

The following rules are together with, and in addition to the kmfm competition terms and conditions which can be found here.

Competition Rules.

To enter the Competition an Entrant must submit a picture of their bill to the entry form on the competition page at kmfm.co.uk. This can be done by taking a picture on a smartphone. 

Entries can be submitted from 4th January - 29th January 11:00am.

One entrant's name will be called out on kmfm after the news at 12pm, 2pm, 4pm and 6pm. The chosen entrant will have 5 minutes to call the kmfm studio on 01227 786106 (calls charged at standard network rate) to win. The presenter will announce up to what time the entrant has to call, eg, "12:07pm."

If during the call the entrant does not answer when spoken to for whatever reason, including technical issues from the entrants phone, that call may be ended and another caller will be chosen at random. 

If the caller is driving at the time of their call and can not pull over for whatever reason, another caller may be chosen at random.

A call will be recorded and played out on air. 

Submitted bills should not be more than £100. kmfm will not pay any bills over this amount. Should a bill above this amount be submitted and chosen at random, another will be chosen at random.

A winning entrant can only win once, and up to two wins per household. Should a bill from a winning household be chosen at random for a third time following two wins, another will be chosen at random.

Submitted bills that are blurry, not clear and or the bill amount can not be read may not be chosen and another will be chosen at random. 

Entrants can submit up to 3 bills in total. 

An entrant could be called out more than once if they haven't won previously on this competition.

Submitted bills will stay in the draw for the duration of the competition.

The bill must be the entrant's or someone they live with, and kmfm may request proof before deciding whether to pay it.

Entrants must be aged 16 or over. 

Entrants must be a resident in Kent and live in the BR, CT, DA, ME, or TN postcode areas.

This compeition runs weekdays from 18th-29th January 2021. 

Prize:

The winner's bill amount as confirmed by kmfm.

The money will be paid into the winner's bank account via BACS and can take up to 28 days.
