Competition terms and conditions

Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them

Competition Rules.

Entry Period:
To enter the Competition, an Entrant must text the word ‘kmfm’ plus their answer, name, and postcode to 60099 when requested to by the on-air presenter.

Timing:
This competition takes place during The Hit List (7-10pm) with Jack Burke on Wednesday 8th April 2026. Entrants will have an allotted time to text, as announced by the on-air presenter.

Charges:
Texts are charged at your standard network rate. Texts sent after the allotted window will not be included but may still be charged.

Incomplete texts may not be entered.

Eligibility:
Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

Entrants must be a resident in Kent and live in the BR, CT, DA, ME, or TN postcode areas.

Entrants must be available to get themselves to the venue - The O2 Forum Kentish Town - on Saturday 11th April 2026.

Selection of Entrant:
One Entrant will be chosen at random from the correct entries received during the round and called back to play on-air.

If the chosen entrant does not answer their phone for whatever reason, including (but not limited to) going to voicemail or screening services, another entrant will be chosen at random.

If the caller is driving and cannot safely pull over, or if technical issues occur during the call (including signal issues or disconnection), kmfm reserves the right to end the call and select another random entrant.

The randomly chosen entrant will be required to talk to the on-air presenter and correctly answer the competition question as announced on air.

Prize:
Guestlist tickets for the winner and one (1) guest to see Leigh-Anne at The O2 Forum Kentish Town on Saturday 11th April 2026.

At least one person attending must be aged 18 or over.

Over 8’s only and under 14s to be accompanied by an adult over 18 and tickets are in the balcony. 

The prize is guestlist entry only. No physical tickets will be issued.

Travel, accommodation, and personal expenses are not included in the prize.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
