Loop Ashford competition terms and conditions

Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them

The following rules are together with, and in addition to the kmfm competition terms and conditions which can be found here.

Competition Rules.

To enter the Competition an Entrant must text ‘Spin’ plus their full name and postcode to 60099 when requested to by the on air presenter. 

Texts are charged at your standard network rate.

Entrants will have an allotted time to text, as announced by the on air presenter.

Texts after this time will not be included but may still be charged.

Incomplete texts may not be entered.

A random text will be chosen from the correct entries and called back. 

Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

If the chosen entrant does not answer their phone for whatever reason, including (but not limited to) going to voicemail or screening services, another entrant will be chosen. 

If during the call the entrant does not answer when spoken to for whatever reason, including technical issues from the entrants phone, including (but not limited to) signal issues, the call is inaudible or is disconnected, that call may be ended and another caller will be chosen at random. 

If the caller is driving at the time of their call and can not for whatever reason, (including but not limited to) pull over safely and/or lawfuly to take a phone call, another caller may be chosen at random. 

A call will be recorded and played out on air.

The randomly chosen entrant will be required to talk to the on air presenter/s.

The daily entrant will play "Spin to Win" on air where they will be given a list of prizes that can be won, followed by the sound of a spinning wheel that will reveal the days prize. The entrant will win the prize that is revealed on air. 

The prize is final and cannot be changed for another.

This competition runs on kmfm Breakfast from Monday 23rd to Thursday 26th November 2026.

The winner will be required to book their experience directly with Loop Ashford.

Prizes are valid for 3 months, are subject to availability, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
