Mamma Mia! The Party Competition Terms and Conditions

Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them

The following rules are together with, and in addition to the kmfm competition terms and conditions which can be found here.

Competition Rules.

To enter the Competition an Entrant must answer the question correctly and enter all required details. 
Incomplete entries may not be counted.

Entrants must be a resident in Kent and live in the BR, CT, DA, ME, or TN postcode areas.

Winners will be selected at random from correct entries and contacted. 

This competition starts on 29th April and closes at 23:00 on 16th June 2024.

Prize: 

• 2x Tier A tickets to Mamma Mia! The Party (worth £200 per person)

• Welcome drink on arrival

• Guaranteed Tier A seat (best in house)

• Four-course Greek Set Menu meal

• Post-show ABBA disco

Claiming the prize

To claim their prize, the winner must contact a member of the Mamma Mia! The Party team with their chosen date of attendance and any access or dietary requirements. The winner will be provided with the necessary contact details when they are contacted by kmfm. 

Validity:

Tickets are only valid under the following conditions

• Any Off-Peak performance: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday* evenings at 6:30pm and Sunday matinee at 12:00pm and evening at 6:30pm (excluding peak performances - Saturday performances and *Friday performances from 2 – 30 August 2024) from 27 May to 1 September 2024, subject to availability.

• Tickets are subject to availability. Some exclusions apply at the sole discretion of Mamma Mia! The Party.

• Tickets are non-transferrable.

• Guests are unable to request a specific table and will be seated by the Mamma Mia! The Party ticketing team.

• The minimum age for Mamma Mia! The Party is five years old. Every guest under 18 will need to be accompanied by a legal guardian.

• By redeeming tickets, you agree to our terms and conditions of entry.

• The Promoter’s decisions shall be final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry rules and conditions will be disqualified.

• Details of prize winners’ names and address will be available for one month after the close of the Promotion and then after this time we will remove these details from our database.

Winner(s)/entrants agree to allow the Promoter to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional remuneration. The Promoter will use each winner’s, and each entrant’s, personal details for the purpose of administering this Promotion. This Promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion.

This competition is not open to employees or agents of Mamma Mia! The Party.
