Mercure Christmas Party terms and conditions
Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Condition and will be bound by them.
The following rules are in addition to the kmfm competition terms and conditions which can be found here.
Competition Rules.
To enter the Competition an Entrant must answer the question correctly and enter all required details.
Incomplete entries may not be counted.
Entrants must be a resident in Kent and live in the BR, CT, DA, ME, or TN postcode areas.
Entrants must be aged 18 years or over .
Winners will be selected at random from correct entries and contacted.
This competition starts on 19th November and closes at 23:00 on 2nd December 2019.
Prize:
1x table of 10 for one of the Mercure Tunbridge Wells Hotel's Christmas Masquerade party nights.
Winners must contact the Mercure Tunbridge Wells Hotel to book their party.
The winners party night can not be changed for any other party or event night at Mercure Tunbridge Wells Hotel.
There is no cash alternative.
1.Dates are subject to availability.
2. The hotel may cancel if:
a. The hotel or any part of the hotel is closed or becomes
unavailable due to events beyond our control
b. The booking, the persons associated with the booking and/
or the purpose of the event might damage the reputation of the
hotel or the company
3. In the unlikely event that the hotel has to alter or substitute
elements of the package, the hotel will not have any liability.
4. We reserve the right to postpone and change the dates detailed in
the brochure.
All room and table plans are at the discretion of the hotel. The
hotel will endeavour to accommodate any special seating requests
however these cannot be guaranteed as overall party sizes will
determine final table arrangements.
5. To ensure an enjoyable atmosphere for all, the hotel reserves the
right to transfer bookings to alternative dates if minimum numbers
are not achieved for any event. 14 days’ notice will be given if this is
unforeseen and a full refund will be provided if alternative dates are
unsuitable. The hotel’s liability for cancellations is limited to a full
refund of payments received.
6. Should any damage occur to the hotel or hotel property during
the event, then a charge will be imposed to cover the cost of
such damage.
7. Guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol to consume on
the premises. Some hotels operate a bag search policy; any alcohol
found will be confiscated and returned at the end of the evening
