Mind Over Muscle competition terms and conditions
Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them

Competition Rules.
On Air Competition
To enter the Competition an Entrant must call the studio when requested by the on air presenter/s on 01227 786106 (calls charged at standard network rate).
Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
A line at random will be chosen.
The entrant will be asked to choose either a multiple choice 'Mind' or 'Muscle' related question to answer.
If they answer correctly they win.
If during the call the entrant does not answer when spoken to for whatever reason, including technical issues from the entrants phone, that call may be ended and another caller will be chosen at random.
If the caller is driving at the time of their call and can not pull over for whatever reason, another caller may be chosen at random.
A call will be recorded and played out on air.
The randomly chosen entrant will be required to talk to the on air presenter/s.
Employees of Betteshanger Park, the Mind over Muscle team, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion are excluded from enterting this competition.
The winners agree to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use oft heir names and photographs in such publicity. Should winners wish to not be involved in this, they should make an employee at Betteshanger aware.
This competition runs on kmfm Breakfast (6am-10am) from 5th-9th June 2023.
Online Competition
To enter the Competition an Entrant must answer the question correctly and enter all required details.
Incomplete entries may not be counted.
Entrants must be a resident in Kent and live in the BR, CT, DA, ME, or TN postcode areas.
Winners will be selected at random from correct entries and contacted.
Employees of Betteshanger Park, the Mind over Muscle team, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion are excluded from enterting this competition.
The winners agree to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use oft heir names and photographs in such publicity. Should winners wish to not be involved in this, they should make an employee at Betteshanger aware.
This competition starts on 30th May and closes at 12:00 on 9th June 2023.
Prize:
1x family ticket (2 adults and 2 children) to Ant Middleton's Mind Over Muscle Festival at Betteshanger Country Park, Deal on Saturday 17th June 2023.
Children are classed 4-16 years.
Winners can use the tickets as a family of 4, whether their children are aged under or over 16 years.
The minimum age to take part in Mind Over Muscle Festival activities is 4.
Parking on site at Betteshanger Country Park is included in the prize.
In the unlikely event that the event be postponed or cancelled for whatever reason, the winner will have the option to use the prize on the re-scheduled date, should one be made.
There is no cash alternative.
There are 5x prizes to be won in total on air and 1x online.
