Mum's Minute competition terms and conditions

Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them

Competition Rules.

Entry Period: To enter the Competition, an Entrant must text the word 'MUM' plus their name and postcode to 60099 when requested to by the on-air presenter.

Timing: This competition runs Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th March 2026. Entrants will have an allotted time to text, as announced by the on-air presenter.

Charges: Texts are charged at your standard network rate. Texts sent after the allotted time window will not be included but may still be charged.

Eligibility:  Incomplete texts may not be entered.

• Entrants must be aged 18 or over
• Entrants must be a resident in Kent and live in the BR, CT, DA, ME, or TN postcode areas
• Entrants must be a mother or parental figure.

Selection of Entrant:

• One Entrant will be chosen at random from the entries received during that specific round and called back to play on-air.
• If the chosen Entrant does not answer their phone for whatever reason, including (but not limited to) going to voicemail or screening services, another Entrant will be chosen at random.
• If during the call the Entrant does not answer when spoken to, or if technical issues occur (such as signal loss or disconnection), kmfm reserves the right to end the call and select another random Entrant.
• If the caller is driving and cannot safely or lawfully pull over to take the call, another Entrant may be chosen at random.
• All calls will be recorded and played out on-air.

The Game Mechanic: The randomly chosen Entrant will be required to talk to the on-air presenter.

• The Entrant will have sixty (60) seconds to answer up to six (6) questions based on the subject of “Mums” or famous motherhood.

Prize

The Prize: A prize of £10.00 will be awarded for each question answered correctly within the allotted time.

• If the Entrant correctly answers all six (6) questions, the total prize money will be increased to a flat fee of £100.00.

Payment: Payment will be made via BACS to the named winner's account only.

• Money will arrive within 28 days of winning the competition.
• The prize is non-transferable.
