Olly Murs Tickets Winning Weekend competition terms and conditions

Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them

The following rules are together with, and in addition to the kmfm competition terms and conditions which can be found here.

Competition Rules.

To enter the Competition an Entrant must text the name of the Olly Murs' single from the clip played on air by kmfm presenters. There will be one song on Saturday (5th August) and another song on Sunday (6th August). 

There will be a multplie choice of A or B. Entrants must text 'Win' the answer A or B, plus their full name and postcode to 60099.

Texts are charged at your standard network rate.

Entrants will have until 6pm on Saturday 5th August 2023 to enter and until 3pm on Sunday 6th August 2023. Texts sent after those times will not be counted, but may still be charged.

Incomplete texts may not be entered.

Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

A random text each day will be chosen from the correct entries and called back. 

If the chosen entrant does not answer their phone for whatever reason another entrant will be chosen. 

If during the call the entrant does not answer when spoken to for whatever reason, including technical issues from the entrants phone, that call may be ended and another caller will be chosen at random. 

If the caller is driving at the time of their call and can not pull over for whatever reason, another caller may be chosen at random. 

A call will be recorded and played out on air.

The randomly chosen entrant will be required to talk to the on air presenter/s.

This competition runs on Saturday 5th August from 8am-6pm and Sunday 6th August 2023 from 8am-3pm.

1x pair of Olly Murs at Dreamland Margate tickets.

Tickets are for Friday 25th August 2023. 

All ages welcome. Under 18s must be accompanied by adult (18+).

In the event the concert is cancelled there is no cash alternative and tickets may not be offered for a future. 

There is no cash alternative.

kmfm is not responsable for any lost tickets. Winner's are responsible for reading any terms and conditions associated with the tickets.

Travel is not included.

There is no cash alternative and tickets can not be exchanged for any other concert or date.

Should any of the concerts be cancelled, there is no alternative prize.
