P&O Ferries Christmas Markets competition terms and conditions

Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them

The following rules are together with, and in addition to the kmfm competition terms and conditions which can be found here.

Competition Rules.

To enter the Competition an Entrant must answer the question correctly and enter all required details. 

Incomplete entries may not be counted.

Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

Entrants must be a resident in Kent and live in the BR, CT, DA, ME, or TN postcode areas.

Winners will be selected at random from correct entries and contacted. 

This competition starts on 1st November and closes at 23:00 on 21st November 2023.


Prize:

£1,500. The prize money will be paid into the winner's bank account. Prize money can not be paid into any other person's account. 

Prize money can take up to 28 days to reach the winner's account.

1x P&O Ferries short break return car crossing for 4 people. 

The winner will be contacted by P&O Ferries to book their crossing and will also be supplied with contact details.

Crossings are subject to availability at time of booking

A short break is defined as 3 to 5 days in duration.

The prize does not include any onboard upgrades.

The Prize crossing must be taken within 6 months from the date of winning.

The winner and their travelling party are responsible for their own travel insurance.

kmfm is not responsible for any ferry delays or cancellations that may occur, that then may affect the winners trip.

The winners and their travelling party must have valid passports to travel.

The prize is non-transferable.

There is no cash alternative.
