Polestar Winning Weekend Terms and Conditions

Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them

The following rules are together with, and in addition to the kmfm competition terms and conditions which can be found here 

Competition Rules.

To enter the Competition an Entrant must text the answer to the Polestar related question as read by the on air presenters. Entrants must text ‘Polestar’ the answer, A or B, plus their full name to 60099 when requested to by the on air presenter. 

There is one question and that will be repeated a number of times during the competition.

Texts are charged at your standard network rate.

Entrant's can only text to enter once for the duration of the competition. 

Entries close at 3pm on Sunday 17th August 2025. 

Texts sent after this time will not be included but may still be charged.

Incomplete texts may not be entered.

A random text will be chosen from the correct entries and called back. If they do not answer after the first attempt to call, a second attempt to call them will be made. Should they not answer during the second attempt, another entrant will be chosen at random.

If the chosen entrant does not answer their phone for whatever reason, including signal issues, it goes to voicemail, another entrant will be chosen. 

If during the call the entrant does not answer when spoken to for whatever reason, including technical issues, or signal loss, that call may be ended and another caller chosen at random. 

If the caller is driving at the time of their call and can not pull over for whatever reason, another caller may be chosen at random. 

A call will be recorded and played out on air.

The randomly chosen entrant will be required to talk to the on air presenter/s and give the correct answer to the competition questions.

This competition starts on Saturday 16th August and closes at 3pm on Sunday 17th August 2025.

Prize:  

This prize is redeemable across a weekend or Monday to Thursday 

1x Rental of a Polestar 2 across one weekend Friday to Sunday, or Monday to Thursday, redeemable before Monday 18th August 2026

1x Voucher for an overnight Stay for 2 adults at a location within the PIG hotel group including Breakfast and a three-course meal, redeemable before Monday 18th August 2026

Win a Polestar for the Weekend – Terms & Conditions

• The prize must be claimed within 12 months from Monday, 18th August 2025.
• Vehicle collection is from Polestar Maidstone (Lipscomb Cars Ltd) on a mutually agreed date.
• At least four weeks’ notice must be provided to arrange collection.
• If the prize is redeemed over a weekend; vehicle pick-up is on Friday afternoon from Polestar Maidstone, with drop-off back to the space on the following Monday morning.
• If the prize is redeemed during the week; vehicle pick-up is on the Monday afternoon from Polestar Maidstone, with drop-off back to the space on the Thursday morning.
• Drivers must:
  • Be aged over 25 and under 70 years.
  • Hold a full UK Driving Licence for at least 12 months.
  • Have no more than 9 points currently on their licence.
• The driver is liable for all fines or penalties incurred while driving the vehicle.
• Any damage to the vehicle (wheels, bodywork, interior) during possession is the driver’s responsibility.  A £1,000 insurance excess will be charged if damage occurs.

• Includes an overnight stay at a location within the PIG hotel group.  (Please note the pig hotel operates a two night minimum stay over weekends at some hotel locations - this voucher is only valid for a one night stay)
• Includes a three-course “25-MILE” SUPPER and a full PIG breakfast for two. Excludes all beverages and any additions.
• The winner will receive a voucher from Lipscomb Cars Ltd.
• Voucher is valid for 12 months from Monday, 18th August 2025.

Prizes are non-transferable. 

There is no cash alternative available.
