Soar Electric Karting competition terms and conditions

Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Condition and will be bound by them

The following rules are together with, and in addition to the kmfm competition terms and conditions which can be found here.

Competition Rules.

To enter the Competition an Entrant must answer the question correctly and enter all required details. 

Incomplete entries may not be counted.

Entrants must be a resident in Kent and live in the BR, CT, DA, ME, or TN postcode areas.

Winners will be selected at random from correct entries and contacted. 

This competition starts on 17th July and closes at 23:00 on 7th August 2021.

Prize:

1x family ticket (4 tickets) to Soar Electric Karting, Gillingham.

Family tickets are based on 4 individual races. Please note the height of those racing. Soar Electric Karting can not mix Junior and Adult karts on the track at any time.

All drivers for junior karts must be a height of 4ft 2" to 5ft (127-153cm).

All drivers for adult karts must be a height of 4ft 10” (148cm) and over.

All drivers must have a valid Safety Contract. Anyone under the age of 18 must have an adult over the age of 18 complete this on their behalf.

Any drivers under the age of 15 years must have an adult present whilst they race.

Drivers are asked to arrive 40 mins before the time that they wish to race.

Winning tickets have no monetary value. 

Prize is valid for 12 months.

Winners will be given a gift voucher. Vouchers will be 4 single races per prize. These will be sent in the post from Soar.

Vouchers can not be pre-booked over the telephone and must be brought along to redeem them.

Winning tickets cannot be exchanged for anything else. 

There is no cash alternative.
