Stagecoach Breakfast competition terms and conditions

Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them

Competition Rules.

Entry Period: To enter the Competition, an Entrant must text the answer the question as read out on air by the presenter/s. Entrants must text the word ‘BUS’, their answer A or B, name and postcode to 60099 when instructed to do so by the on air presenter.

Charges: Texts are charged at your standard network rate.

Entrants will have five minutes to text in as announced by the presenter/s. Texts sent before or after this time will not be included but may still be charged.

Timing: This competition will run on kmfm Breakfast from Monday 10th August 2026 to Friday 14th August 2026.

There will be one competition round each morning, taking place between 6:30am and 10:00am.

Eligibility: Incomplete texts may not be entered.

Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

Entrants must be a resident in Kent and live in the BR, CT, DA, ME, or TN postcode areas.

Entries are limited to five per person, regardless of the number of phones used. kmfm may disqualify any entrant suspected of using multiple identities, and disqualify any entries which appear to have used automated or assisted methods.

Selection of Entrant: A random text will be chosen from the correct entries and called back. The randomly chosen entrant will be required to talk to the on-air presenter and answer the question correctly.

If the chosen entrant does not answer their phone for whatever reason, including (but not limited to) going to voicemail or screening services, another entrant will be chosen.

If during the call the entrant does not answer when spoken to for whatever reason, including technical issues from the entrant's phone, signal issues, or disconnection, the call may be ended and another caller chosen at random.

If the caller is driving and cannot safely or lawfully pull over to take the call, another caller may be chosen at random.

Prize (Monday 10th August - Thursday 13th August)

x1 Stagecoach Thanet 28-Day MegaRider Ticket (a total of four winners) 

• Winners will receive a unique discount code which can be redeemed via the Stagecoach Bus App
• Each discount code is valid for one Thanet 28 Day MegaRider ticket
• The ticket is valid on Stagecoach bus services within Thanet
• To redeem a ticket, the winner must:
  • Download the Stagecoach Bus App
  • Select Get your ticket
  • Set location as Thanet
  • Under duration, select Week+
  • Choose the Thanet 28 Day MegaRider ticket
  • Enter the discount code to redeem the free ticket before travelling
• Once redeemed, the ticket will appear in the app and must be activated and shown to the driver when boarding
• Discount codes cannot be used directly on the bus and do not constitute a valid ticket until redeemed in the Stagecoach Bus App
• Each discount code may be redeemed once only and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue
• Employees, agents and immediate family member of any subsidiary of Stagecoach Group plc are not eligible for this prize
• Discount codes must be kept secure and will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged
• No cash alternative will be offered
• Discount codes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable
• Stagecoach reserves the right to withdraw, amend or substitute the prize at any time
• In the future Stagecoach may decide to move ticketing onto other media and deliver ticketing via other methods. Stagecoach will make every effort to ensure that the prize winner continues to hold a valid ticket in such circumstances.

• The winner will receive a unique discount code that can be redeemed via the Stagecoach Bus App
• The discount code may be redeemed for up to 13 x South East 28 Day MegaRider tickets, providing the equivalent of one year's free travel
• Tickets are valid on Stagecoach bus services in Kent & East Sussex, excluding Brighton & Hove services.
• To redeem a ticket, the winner must:
  • Download the Stagecoach Bus App
  • Select Get your tickets
  • Under duration, select Week+
  • Select South East 28 Day MegaRider
  • Enter the discount code when prompted to redeem the free ticket before travelling
• Once redeemed, the ticket will appear in the app and must be activated and shown to the driver when boarding
• The discount code may be used to redeem a maximum of 13 tickets during its validity period
• A new 28 Day MegaRider ticket may be redeemed once the previous ticket has expired 
• The discount code is valid for 13 months from the date of issue
• Voucher codes cannot be used directly on the bus and do not constitute a valid ticket until redeemed in the Stagecoach Bus App
• Employees, agents and their immediate family member of any subsidiary of Stagecoach Group plc are not eligible to enter or claim this prize
• Voucher codes must be kept secure and will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged
• No cash alternative will be offered
• Discount codes are non-transferrable and non-exchangeable
• Stagecoach reserves the right to withdraw, amend or substitute the prize or offer at any time without prior notice
• In the future Stagecoach may decide to move ticketing onto other media and deliver ticketing via other methods. Stagecoach will make every effort to ensure that the prize winner continues to hold a valid ticket in such circumstances.
