The Beach at Bluewater (2020) terms and conditions

Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Condition and will be bound by them

The following rules are together with, and in addition to the kmfm competition terms and conditions which can be found here.

 

Online Competition Rules.

To enter the Competition an Entrant must answer the question correctly and enter all required details. 

Incomplete entries may not be counted.

Entrants must be a resident in Kent and live in the BR, CT, DA, ME, or TN postcode areas.

Winners will be selected at random from correct entries and contacted. 

This competition starts on 12th August and closes at 23:00 on 28th August 2020.

 

On Air Competition Rules.

To enter the Competition an Entrant must text the answer to the summer related question as asked by the presenter. Entrant must text ‘kmfm’ the answer, plus their full name to 87474 when requested to by the on air presenter.

Texts are charged at your standard network rate.

Entrants will have an allotted time to text, as announced by the on air presenter.

Texts after this time will not be included but may still be charged.

Incomplete texts may not be entered.

A random text will be chosen from the correct entries and called back. 

If the chosen entrant does not answer their phone for whatever reason another entrant will be chosen. 

A call will be recorded and played out on air.

The randomly chosen entrant will be required to talk to the on air presenter and answer the question.

This competition runs on kmfm Daytimes (11am-4pm) on Friday 14th August 2020.

 

Prize:

Tickets for 5 people (children or adults) to The Beach at Bluewater.

Prize includes unlimited rides on a day of the winner's choice before 6th September, inclusive.  

Prize excludes funfair stalls, food and drink.  

Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

There are 4x prizes to be won online and 1x on air.
