Trick or Treat Winning Weekend competition terms and conditions

Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them

The following rules are together with, and in addition to the kmfm competition terms and conditions which can be found here 

Competition Rules.

To enter the Competition an Entrant must text ‘kmfm’ plus their name and postcode to 60099 when the Trick or Treat cue to call plays.

Texts are charged at your standard network rate.

Entrants will have until the end of the song that plays directly after the Trick or Treat cue to call to enter via text.

Texts after this time will not be included but may still be charged.

Incomplete texts may not be entered.

A random text will be chosen from the correct entries and called back. 

If the chosen entrant does not answer their phone for whatever reason another entrant will be chosen. 

If during the call the entrant does not answer when spoken to for whatever reason, including technical issues from the entrants phone, that call may be ended and another caller will be chosen at random. 

If the caller is driving at the time of their call and can not pull over for whatever reason, another caller may be chosen at random. 

A call will be recorded and played out on air.

The randomly chosen entrant will be required to talk to the on air presenter.

The cue to call is a piece of audio that will be played between songs on Saturday 25th October between 9am-7pm and Sunday 26th October between 9am-4pm.

Each round a randomly chosen entrant will be called and taken to air and asked to choose a box number. Each box number will reveal either a "trick" or a "treat" prize. 

A "treat" prize is a cash amount that is either £50 or £100 and a "trick" prize is a witches hat.

This competition runs on Saturday 25th October between 9am-7pm and Sunday 26th October between 9am-4pm 2025

Prize:

A cash amount as revealed once the box number has been chosen or a witches hat

Cash prizes will be paid via BACS to the named winner's account only. Money will arrive within 28 days of winning the competition.

Witches hat prizes will be posted to the winner's home address. Postage can take up to 28 days.

There is no cash alternative.
