Wallonia competition terms and conditions
Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them

Competition Rules
To enter the Competition an Entrant must answer the online question correctly and enter all required details. Entries close 17:00 on Wednesday 15th May 2024. Ay entries sent after this time will not be counted.
Incomplete entries may not be counted.
Entrants must be a resident in Kent and live in the BR, CT, DA, ME, or TN postcode areas.
A random entrant will be chosen at random to be called during kmfm Breakfast, one per morning, Monday-Thursday. That entrant will be required to record a call with Garry and Claire who will ask them one more question regarding Wallonia and or the prize. There will be an A or B option.
Should the entrant not answer correctly, another will be chosen at random to play the competition.
Three attempts to call the morning's chosen entrant will be made after 7am. If for whatever reason they do not answer their phone another entrant will be chosen at random.
If during the call the entrant does not answer when spoken to for whatever reason, including technical issues from the entrants phone, that call may be ended and another caller will be chosen at random.
If the caller is driving at the time of their call and can not pull over for whatever reason, another caller may be chosen at random.
A call will be recorded and played out on air.
The randomly chosen entrant will be required to talk to the on air presenter/s.
This competition runs on kmfm Breakfast (6-10am) from 13th-17th May 2024, with one entrant a day, Monday-Thursday winning a place in the draw, and the overall winner being announced on air on Friday 17th May.
The overall winner of the prize will be chosen at random.
There will be 4 places in the draw in total, and the overall winner of the prize will need to be available for a phone call during kmfm Breakfast on Friday 17th May. An attempt to call the winner will be made 3 times. Should they for whatever reason not answer the phone, another entrant in the draw will be chosen at they will be the winner of the prize.
Should the winner of the prize make kmfm aware that they can not take the trip on 15th-16th August 2024, another entrant in the draw may be contacted at random and offered the prize.
Prize:
1x family of 4 stay for 2 nights (15th-16th August 2024) at Pairi Daiza Zoological and Botanical Park, staying in the Walrus House and return travel with LeShuttle.
The prize MUST be taken on the weekend on 15th-16th August 2024. No other dates will be offered.
The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
To reedeem the prize, the winner will be emailed a contact form with unique code to book and confirm their prize.
Pairi Daiza terms and conditions
The winner must adhere to the specified dates of 15th-17th August 2024 for a family of four individuals. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable or convertible into cash. The winner will receive notification of their prize by letter.
LeShuttle Flexiplus Short Break ticket terms and conditions
THE PRIZE
LeShuttle Short Stay Flexiplus Ticket.
i. The LeShuttle Short Stay Flexiplus ticket is for a car and up to 9 passengers. All
travelling dates and times are subject to availability and must be booked in advance of
travel. Ticket must be booked within one year from issue. Ticket is part of a 5-day return.
Return must be completed by midnight (local time) on the fifth calendar day. For full

ii. LeShuttle's standard terms and conditions of carriage apply. These are available
at www.leshuttle.com/uk/conditions-of-carriage
iii. The LeShuttle Short Stay Flexiplus ticket does not include travel insurance, fuel, toll
charges, food and drink, spending money, tax, pet travel costs or personal expenses.
Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above, and that are incidental to the
fulfilment of the prize, are the responsibility of the winner.
iv. The winners will be responsible for ensuring that they (and any people travelling with
them) are available to travel and hold valid passports, any necessary visas and travel
documents. Provide Advance Passenger Information (API) and has appropriate travel
insurance and car insurance (including motor breakdown cover) for the trip in question
on the travel dates specified.
v. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Prizes are
subject to availability.
