Win a garden makeover competition terms and conditions

Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Condition and will be bound by them

The following rules are together with, and in addition to the kmfm competition terms and conditions which can be found here.

Competition Rules.

To enter the Competition an Entrant must text the answer to the garden-related song from a clip played on air by the presenter. Entrants must text ‘kmfm’ the answer A or B plus their full name and postcode to 60099 when requested by the on air presenter. 

Texts are charged at your standard network rate.

Entrants will have an allotted time to text, as announced by the on air presenter.

Texts after this time will not be included but may still be charged.

Incomplete texts may not be entered.

A random text will be chosen from the correct entries and called back. 

If during the call the entrant does not answer when spoken to for whatever reason, including technical issues from the entrants phone, that call may be ended and another caller will be chosen at random. 

If the caller is driving at the time of their call and can not pull over for whatever reason, another caller may be chosen at random 

A call will be recorded and played out on air.

The randomly chosen entrant will be required to talk to the presenter and answer the question.

The randomly chosen daily entrant will go into the draw to win the prizes on Thursday 29th April. There are 4 finalist places in total. Once there are 4 finalists, one will be chosen at random and called. If they answer their phone they are the winner of the prizes. If they don't another finalist will be chosen at random. 

This competition starts on kmfm (11am-4pm) from 26th April and closes on 29th April

Prizes:

• A Weber BBQ from Coolings. The BBQ includes:
  Weber Master-Touch GBS Charcoal Barbecue 57cm – Black
  Weber Premium Lumpwood Charcoal – 5kg
  Weber Premium Gloves
  Weber 46cm Grill Brush
  Weber Lighter Cubes

  The winner has the option to collect the prize from Coolings. Should they want delivery this will be made sometime after 17th May 2021 with a date to be confirmed.

• £300 to spend-instore towards decking at Kent Decking Supplies.
  There is no physical cash. The amount can be put towards what the winner would like to buy.
  Any delivery will be at the cost of the winner.

• £300 worth of vouchers for fencing at Chart Fencing and Sheds
  The winner will be sent a voucher to be redeemed with Chart Fencing and Sheds. The voucher can be off set against any fencing or sheds in the Chart Fencing range and is valid for 12 months. 
  Fencing or a shed will be delivered to the winner by Chart Fencing and Sheds. This is to be arranged between the winner and Chart Fencing and Sheds.

• £300 from Flagstone Paving.
  Any delivery will be at the cost of the winner.

• A 38cm Strimmer with Powerload Head with 2.5Ah battery and standard charger from Mowpower.
  The winner has the option to collect this prize in-store and receive a free demonstration or to have it delivered to them.

Winners should make themselves aware of any additional terms and conditions that may come with the przxe vouchers.

kmfm reserves the right to amend or change any part of the prize/s at any time.
