Who's Got The Cash competition terms and conditions
Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them

Competition Rules.
To enter the Competition an Entrant must text the word ‘cash’ plus their full name and the postcode to 60099 (eg, cash Melanie Smith CT12 4AD).
Texts are charged at standard network rate.
Entrants will have 5 minutes to enter, as announced by the on air presenter/s. Text entries sent before or after then will not be counted but may still be charged.
Incomplete texts may not be included.
Text entries are limited to 1 per round, per entrant. Entries sent from the same text number above this amount will not be included. kmfm advises against excessive use.
Entrants must be aged 16 years or over and a resident in Kent and live in the BR, CT, DA, ME, or TN postcode areas.
Competition rounds are set up during the following hours, Monday to Friday from 26th February 2024: around:10 past the following hours: 9am, 11am, 2pm and :20 past 5pm, with the competition rounds playing out around 9:30am, 11:30am, 2:30pm and 5:30pm. Competition set up times and play out times are not exact.
One entrant per competition round will be chosen at random and a phone call made them. Entrants can enter again when the next round is set up and presenters ask for entries.
If during the call the entrant does not answer when spoken to for whatever reason, including technical issues from the entrants phone, that call may be ended and another caller will be chosen at random.
Chosen entrants will be required to give the full name of the 3 mystery celebrities in the correct order: "Who's" "Got the" "cash." Guesses must be the names of the celebrities that they are mostly commonly known by. Should there be any discrepancy, the Producer's decision is final.
If the caller is driving at the time of their call and can not pull over for whatever reason, another caller may be chosen at random.
A call will be recorded and played out on air.
The winner's name will be announced on air and they will be asked to share a picture of themselves that will be used on, but may be not limited to kmfm.co.uk and social media (@kmfmofficial).
The prize jackpot starts at £3,000. For every incorrect guess the prize money reduces by £50. The winning cash prize amount is the amount announced on air during the winning competition round.
Should there be no entries per competition round, the presenter/s will re-set the competition with entrants having another 5 minutes to enter (as announced on air). Should there be no competition round the jackpot will remain unchanged.
kmfm may at its discretion give out clue/s on air during the competition and increase competition rounds.

Prize:
The final prize amount as announced on air will be paid into the winner's bank account via BACS
Prize money is paid via bank transfer within 28 days.
The prize money will only be paid into the winner's bank account.
