Join us for not one, but TWO Christmas lights switch-ons in Tunbridge Wells!
On Saturday 19th November, kmfm's Alex West will be switching on the Christmas lights in the town centre, brought to you by The Royal Tunbridge Wells Together Business Improvement District.
This year there will be TWO Christmas light switch-ons.
Chapel Place
2:00-4:30pm
Carols in Chapel Place will see carol singers from King Charles the Martyr church provide live festive music, with Scrooge character and free hot food and drink, including chestnut stand, panettone from Arte Biance, chocolate from Goupie and festive canapes from Larratt&Co Butchers.
At 4pm, Alex will switch on the the Chapel Place Christmas lights with the Mayor of Tunbridge Wells. There will be giveaways of free gift guides, colouring books and illustrated Christmas cards.
From 15th November, Chapel Place will also have a large Christmas tree installed, courtesy of RTW Together.
Party on The Pantiles
8:00-9:30pm
Later in the evening, live music from Miss Holiday Swing, appearances from Elf, gingerbread characters and the Jack in the Beanstalk panto stars, all part of the Christmas lights switch-on with Alex at 8.30pm.
