Diggerland Summer 2025 competition terms and conditions

Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them

The following rules are together with, and in addition to the kmfm competition terms and conditions which can be found here 

Competition Rules

To enter the Competition an Entrant must answer the question correctly and enter all required details. 

Incomplete entries may not be counted.

Entrants must be a resident in Kent and live in the BR, CT, DA, ME, or TN postcode areas.

Winners will be selected at random from correct entries and contacted. 

This competition starts on 21st July and closes at 23:00 on 10th August 2025.

Prize:

1x Diggerland family ticket.
1x Classic Cozy Coupe Car prize.

There is no cash alternative.

The gift cannot be exchanged for money, food, gift shop credit or anything other.

Diggerland accepts no responsibility for the prize provided by the partnered company, in this case Little Tikes

The winner's details will remain private and will not be shared with any third party (except Little Tikes) unless explicit permission is given.

Winner's details including name, email address, phone number and postal address will be shared with Diggerland and where applicable the partner prize company for the prize(s) to be posted directly to the winner. 

Winning Diggerland ticket will be valid for 4 people only. 

Classic Cozy Coupe Car prize will be posted directly to the winner by Little Tikes.

Winning Diggerland ticket will expire on 2nd November 2025 and cannot be extended under any circumstances.
