Q: What is kmfm Vouchers?

A: ‘kmfm Vouchers’ is an online voucher store where we offer products from kmfm and KM clients to our listeners and website users at a special discounted rate. Once the offers are gone, they are gone! These are limited time and limited quantity offers only. We offer different categories and the online ‘voucher store’ updates weekly. 

 

Q: What is a kmfm Voucher?

A: A kmfm ‘Voucher’ will give you access to experiences, items and services at a discounted rate once you have purchased. The voucher is digital and downloadable for you to show the retailer/service manager for you to redeem.

 

Q: How do I buy a voucher?

A: To purchase a voucher select the quantity that you'd like to buy and then click the "add to basket” button next to the offer you’re interested in. Payment is made via PayPal either with credit/debit card or available money you have in your account. Please click here to get a full guide on how to buy.

 

Q: How long will it take for my voucher to arrive?

A. It’s quite fast, in fact within minutes! As soon as your order has been confirmed you will receive an email from us that includes a download link for your voucher. Please check your spam or junk email if you have not received your email as they sometimes get filtered by your email provider. You will also have access to your voucher from within the 'Transactions' section. You will need to be logged in to see this and there is more information here on how this works.

 

Q: I have purchased a voucher and paid but I haven’t received anything? 

A: Please check your spam or junk email first. Sometimes emails can be filtered by your service provider. If you can’t see it there, please try your 'Transactions' section in your login. If you still cannot see your digital voucher please email vouchers@kmfm.co.uk with your name and the voucher you have purchased and we will issue you a replica or give advice on what to do next.

 

Q: Can I use more than one voucher per transaction?

A: You will need to check the terms and conditions of the voucher. Normally not but it depends on the company. Please check the terms thoroughly and if you are still not sure please email vouchers@kmfm.co.uk before purchase. 

 

 

Q: Can I buy more than one voucher for the same offer?

A: You will need to check the terms and conditions of the voucher to see if you can. Normally you can but you might not be able to redeem at the same time. Please check the terms thoroughly and if you are still not sure please email vouchers@kmfm.co.uk before purchase. 

 

Q: Can I gift a voucher to someone or can it only be used by me?

A: Normally not. The vouchers are in your name but please check the terms and conditions section of the voucher and it will explain whether you can gift it or not. If you are still not sure, drop us an email or contact the retailer direct.

 

Q: How long do I have to use my voucher?

A: The terms and conditions of the voucher will state everything you need to know. The duration you have to use the voucher, the dates, times and any other information you might need to know to use your voucher and make the most of the discount. 

 

Q: I have received my voucher but how do I use it?

A: Your voucher can be redeemed to the value that is stated on the voucher itself at the retailer/business/location specified only. If it’s a specific deal, this will be stated on your voucher. Please advise the company, retailer or restaurant that you have a ‘kmfm Voucher’ and wish to use it. Do this when booking (if this is necessary) or when you arrive in store. Any remaining value of the voucher will not be credited and any extra money spent will be the responsibility of you. 

 

Q: What can I use my voucher for?

A: Your voucher will be able to be redeemed against the product/experience listed in the voucher description. Check the terms and conditions of the voucher to make sure that any date or time restrictions work for you.

 

Q: I tried to use my voucher but it wasn't accepted?

A: These situations are extremely rare. First, please ensure that you have checked the terms of use. Things like peak time usage might be excluded for example. If you are sure that you have tried to use your voucher in line with the terms, please email us and we will sort this for you.

 

Q: With my restaurant voucher am I restricted on menu items and can I use it in another location if it’s a chain for example?

A: Any restrictions that the restaurant has advised us of, will be included in the terms and conditions of the voucher. You will only be able to redeem your voucher at the location/place it was purchased for and not available to use in other areas of the UK.

Q. Is the payment process safe and secure?

Q. Can I get a refund for my purchase? 

A. We want you to have the best experience using the kmfm voucher store and will do everything we can to make sure any issues you have are rectified and you are satisfied. If you have any issues or would like to discuss your purchase being refunded, please send an email to vouchers@kmfm.co.uk.

 

Q. What payment methods do you accept? 

A. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.

 

Q. Why was my credit card declined? 

A. If you've received a 'credit card declined' notice, this can be attributed to a number of factors, including: 

  1) Credit card number entered incorrectly 

  2) Security code (found on the rear of most credit and debit cards, front 4 digits of AMEX) not entered correctly 

  3) Incorrect expiry date

; do check all details to ensure that they are correct and if you still have issues please contact your bank in the first instance and if you are still having issues, please contact us.

 

Q. I am trying to pay with my PayPal balance but it will not login?

A. This is likely down to your PayPal login details being incorrect. Try reseting your password and if this doesn't work, contact PayPal directly as we unfortunately won't be able to assist you with this.

 

Q. Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy a deal?

A. No. You can make a card payment without being logged into PayPal. Just chose the option you need.
